I ordered 3 pizzas last week 2 cauliflowers and 1 large regular pizza. I specifically asked not to make ahead of time and put under warmer like some do.
My husband picked it up so it would be fresh. We had company over for Christmas. When we received it the pizza was dry and crust was burned on all 3 pizzas. We ate it because we had nothing else and it was in the evening.
Now we order pizza all the time there and never had a problem when i asked about a credit for next time time (it was $54) they said we called too late, now no where does it say u must call 24 hours for bad pizzaI believe they should credit us $54 because we buy there all the time. I have pictures and receipt

Complaint about Torrance restaurant
Its long when we first went in there was no one in there really the hostess had people sitting in the waiting area as if the restaurant was full, telling us that it would be a 15 minute wait so it was about a five minute wait the restaurant was basically empty so I saw a round booth by a window pointing south am I asked her could I sit there? She told me that they didnt have a server for that area but the tables were full in that area and there were four people for four tables seated in that area, so she seated me as some other customers in the middle, when my server got to me, I told her that I had wanted to sit on the other side but the hostess wouldnt let me she was like well that is my area.
It would be easier for me if you were over there let me see if I can get you seated over there so I saw her ask the hostess could I sit over there the host to say no then five minutes later she said it some other people were just walking and she said them over there she told me no because they didnt have a hostess for that area. When I got my hostas she told me that was her area so then my hostess let me not my host is my my server was really nice to me, but I saw the hostess talking to the manager. I could tell that they were she was telling her about what happened so after that, I walked up to the front to talk to the manager and I told her manager what happened she sided with the hostess all of this stuff about there was no server thats a lie. There was servers there because at the takeout area where you go to get your takeout order I saw four people over there and they were servers and they were just Jocelyn around playing around, like there was nothing to do , then when she did come get ready to see me she did ask me if I wanted to sit in that area but she also told me that it would be up to a 20 minute wait if I sit in that area so when I sit down at the center part of the restaurant less than five minutes later, she said its somebody where I wanted to be seated and they got service within five minutes, so after all of that I get my food from when it was time for us to pay we ask for it to go box, we ask for a small box.
They came and brought us a big box. Each time we ask the server for a box. We asked them for small boxes they purposely brought big boxes then we waited. We sat and we waited around.
You can see us on camera cause I saw cameras at the top. We sat and waited around for about 30 minutes. My server went to her lunch break so no one was service. No one would bring us any drinks no one would come and bring us.
Our boxes are to go boxes so that we will leave we wanted to order dessert. No one came to ask us if we wanted dessert because we had paid but we also wanted dessert and we had told our server that we wanted to order dessert and she said, OK she will be back they sent her on her lunch. No one took over her *** for our table so we never got our dessert . We did order dessert but we never got our dessert him.
They kept bringing us a big box we only had like between the two of us. We had two pieces of pizza each, so they net they didnt bring our box. Finally I stopped the young lady and I asked her if she could we get a really small box. She brought the boxes then on the way out the guy did I ask for the small box.
He had long hair. I have pictures and videos and everything him. I told him I said thank you for the box because he never brought the box back. He brought a big box.
He said he was gonna bring a small box and he never brought that box back, and I said thank you for the box, and he looked at me and rolled his eyes up in the air . I am just like I have such a terrible time. I just cannot believe like the customer service was this way and I speak a lot of times like with my hands like when Im talking the manager she was awful. I mean just terrible but my server her name was Donna.
She was really nice but the hostess and the manager and two of the other restaurant there was a waitress on the aisle where we were after my server went on break she never stopped and said, are you guys OK? Do you need anything? She service the people on the side I think they had a birthday party on the side of us, she service them she service the people in back of us. She never stopped at my table and asked if we need anything else and we were sitting there waiting , I really would appreciate a call back I would like to talk to someone my telephone number is 323-614-**** and my name is Lajoi and I came into BJS yesterday around between four and 430 yesterday and I think I left close to 630 yesterday Ive been to your restaurant several times but Ive never had customer service this way.
Its always been excellent customer service but this was this was just awful.
It really was it was it was just I just couldnt believe how we were treated and Im praying to God and no one speed in our food because if you treat somebody like that you avoid their table you want to come come back and see what they need. They could do something to a Food Im just Im just I just really want to speak to somebody get my number is 323-614-****.

BAD,BAD ..Location number 423 . table 978 .
.receipt number 0293 A . Receipt time 6:45 p.m. on 9/28/2023. Tried to order a to go and delivery online.
it kept booting me out of the system. So I called the store to place a to-go order and delivery they said they cannot give me delivery but I can come pick it up, okay. so I ordered. Arrived to pick it up .
Dial the number on the sign. Turned out was disconnected . I checked the number three times thinking it was me. Went inside the store front counter waited in long line to let someone know I was here they informed me I was in the wrong place that I needed to be at another counter farther in the store .
I said a sign would be nice letting people know where to go so they don't have to wait twice in line. I went to the other counter waited patiently, was greeted by personnel at the register, picked up my order and ask them did you know about the signs out front and the call in number not working . Personnel said Yes we do . I then responded with a sign over top of the sign letting you know to come inside the store would be nice.
Arrived at home. Pizza was ordered with extra tomato very little tomato on pizza! Ahi pokey, avocado was brown and chips were stale, very disappointing! I'd have to say this is the worst experience I have ever had in any restaurant I've ever gone to in 30 years!

Visited the Toledo Ohio store
On October 23rd at 658 PM, Happy Hour included my Tito's Soda Cranberry for $6 and I ended being charged $14.25! I'm a person in the bar industry, locally Tito's goes for anywhere from 5-7 dollars at most...14.25 is over 200% markup, the entire bottle only cost $19.99!
I questioned the manager on duty and he said that's what the company set out of California, this is not California! How do you offer $6 Happy Hour and justify going to $14.25 normally? First of all I should have had happy hour price, secondly it's over 200% markup which we have a markup cap on liquor in Ohio.
The service was poor, we had to ask the manager for napkins and silverware as the bar tender was too busy talking and we were only 2 of 5 people sitting at the bar! We ended up getting lukewarm, room temperature pizza...After talking to the manager I said the cost of Tito's is rediculous and I would never return, he offered nothing, not even to give the happy hour price we should have received in the first place.

I was going to have a salad, but I asked what the specials were for the evening.
I was not very hungry, so I ordered two half price appetizers instead of one salad!!!
I had two other friends at the table, listening to the discussion.
We all understood that I was ordering two appetizers instead of the salad, I had a choice of having two appetizers or one salad for almost the same money and the choice was appealing to me as I could share with my friends who were hungry!
When my bill came I said to the server this was on happy hour, she went to the Manager came back to the table, said that what I ordered was not half price!
The manager came over, told me I had to pay the full bill. I said the server should have told me that this was not a half price item!
We are saying half would have been $7.50 approximately.
He absolutely refused what I said, my friends said I was absolutely correct on what I was saying.
Mr. Arrogant- your manager, picked up the bill, and my friends said he said he would take care of it!!! My friends said he is writing it off.
I said I dont want it written off, I will pay what I owe. Two appetizers at half price and two glasses of wine.
We waited and waited with my credit card on the table and the servers tip in cash, sitting on the table (friends say he (manager) is taking care of the bill.
I said I will pay what I owe!
I dont do this!
Server was at another table and I called her over, and asked for my corrected bill.
She came back with the original bill. I asked to speak to the Manager again and he told me, I ate it and drank it, you need to pay for it!! I said to him I was not paying full price for a half price appetizer. (I could have had the salad) for almost the same price!
He basically accused me of NOT wanting to pay my bill.
One of my friends went over to the manager and said he was wrong and to just correct the bill.
He refused, I went back to him and said, charge me the correct price and accept my credit card, the server has been taken care of and I will take this up with your corporate office.
He told me he was surprised that I was questioning the bill, as I was a very nice lady!
I have gone to this restaurant all through Covid, booked luncheons for my church group during Covid (25 ladies) sat outside in the heat, on the patio, was told we could not have several items the ladies were requesting as your supplies were not arriving as ordered. This I understood and explained to my church ladies things would get better, and this was not BJs fault!
I stuck up for your company when you were desperately trying to do your best to stay open.
Your manager at that time was very stressed, but extremely kind and apologetic.
Your Manager Dave or David was totally obnoxious and disrespectful!!
I have NEVER been in any restaurant and heard a manager speak to people the way I was spoken to tonight.
I am very respectful and upset that I was spoken to the way I was! If you would like to send me what you believe I owe, I will be more than happy to pay it.
I am a retired Customer Care Manager for Lennar Homes.
I would have been fired had I spoken to a homeowner the way David spoke to me.
I am NOT suggesting you fire him, but he certainly could use a course from Dale Carnegie.

First, we as a family love the BJ's dine-in environment (interactive). Yesterday, we had a family gettogether, thus decided to place an order online.
It was my 1st time ordering food via BJ's website (using a phone). It was a truly challenging experience as it was a bit difficult placing an order. Thus, I called the restaurant location (Peoria), and I was directed to the website without much of assistance over the phone.
Overall, I end up making few errors while placing an online order. 1st, I intended to place an order for 1 large vegetable pizza; however, by mistake I ended up ordering two (Vegetarian Pizza (2) 64.50).
Then, I usually give a tip for dine-in service; however, I made an error, I gave 11% tip ($11.61) online for no in-restaurant service. Therefore, I would greatly appreciate a refund of $43.86.
